The shower was fabulous. i found the bed very comfortable. the staff was helpful. They assisted with restaurant bookings.

convenient location helpful staff espresso maker

i enjoyed the convenient location close to many shops and restaurants. the staff assisted me promptly with my luggage, i appreciated that service. the room included a complimentary espresso maker, it was a good touch for morning coffee.

the breakfast buffet did seem a bit small, though everything available tasted good.

the front desk was consistently staffed, so assistance was readily available. staff members offered helpful directions for local attractions and were very polite, the service was perfect.

soft bed poor soundproofing

The breakfast was lovely (especially the little cakes).

I encountered an issue with the room. The bed was too soft, and this affected my sleep quality. I also found the soundproofing to be poor, I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway often.

I had some issues . the bed was too soft for me. also the pillows were too hard. I didn't sleep well. the breakfast buffet was small considering the price i paid.

recessed lighting comfortable bed free water

The room was perfect. It had little extras. i noticed recessed window lighting, free water, an espresso maker, and a stocked mini fridge. the bed was comfortable! there were robes to wear after my shower.

There was a slight issue during breakfast. One of the staff started vacuuming around 9:30 am while i was still eating. it was a little distracting, though not a major problem.
